Last night I made pork chops, fried rice with lots of vegies (couple of cups), also made roasted sweet potatoes, potatoes and onions (3 cups), and 2 cups of greens salad all from the garden.
I got more greens leaves (kale, spinach, swede chards, land crest, parsley and beet leaves) and made a simple salad of olive oil, red wine vinegar and lemon juice. We got a lot of lemons from our tree at the moment.
My breakfast was leftover pumpkin pancakes with maple syrup and sliced bananas. DH is doing fasting today.
